User profiles copy to disabled windows 7

This way will let you change the Default Profile to your liking. Create a new account and set up the profile how you would like. Log in as Administrator or equivalent. Copy Bill folder and paste in same location. Rename file to BillBak 4. Delete Default folder and rename Bill to Default.

Not sure what happened to step 1 on this but I've fixed it, the folder is on the old W7 machine that you copy over to the W10 machine.
