I told her it would be a waste of time because I always encounter the same error when I try to download software, but she had me do it anyway.
I spent 30 minutes talking to the customer service agent and had a hard time understanding her because of her heavy accent. She suggested that I reinstall Windows I told her that I've probably reinstalled it at least 6 times already.
